AfterSlim is a brand of VQ Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit afterslim.com (the "Site") or make a purchase, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, subscribe to email, or contact support, you share things like your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment details. Payment details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we automatically collect device info (browser, operating system, IP address), pages viewed, referring URL, and rough geographic location. We use cookies and similar tools (analytics pixels, advertising tags) to do this.
Information from third parties. If you log in through Apple, Google, or another social sign-in (when available), that provider shares your name and email with us according to the permissions you grant.
How we use it
- Process and ship your order, manage subscriptions, and handle refunds
- Send order updates, shipping notifications, and customer-service responses
- Send marketing emails (only with your consent; every email has an unsubscribe link)
- Personalize your experience and improve our products
- Detect fraud and prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), email tools (Klaviyo or similar), analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), and customer support tools.
- Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
- A buyer in the event of a merger or sale of AfterSlim's business assets.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for cart functionality, login sessions, analytics, and ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings (this may break parts of the Site). To opt out of interest-based ads, visit aboutads.info/choices or your browser's ad-preferences page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, especially California, Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut, you have the right to:

- Ask us to delete it

Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us info, please email support@afterslim.com.
Data security
We use industry-standard security: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted databases at rest, and restricted access. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data carefully.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify customers by email.
