90-day money-back guarantee
Try AfterSlim for up to 90 days. If you're not satisfied, for any reason, email us within 90 days of your delivery date for a full refund on the product. Even empty bottles count.
How to request a refund
Email support@afterslim.com with:
- Your order number
- Your reason (we read every one and it helps us improve, but you don't have to share if you'd rather not)
We reply within 1 business day with next steps. You don't need to ship anything back for most refunds.
Refund processing
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we approve the request. Banks sometimes take an extra day or two to post the credit, so allow up to 2 weeks total before reaching out again.
Subscription cancellations
Canceling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. You can cancel anytime from your account or by replying to your most recent subscription email. There are no cancellation fees or hold periods.
Cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours before your next billing date to skip that shipment.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing items, email support@afterslim.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
What's not refundable
- Shipping fees on the original order (only the product cost is refunded)
- Orders flagged for abuse, such as repeated refund requests across multiple accounts
