Track your order
Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. We'll send your latest tracking details to that email.
How tracking works
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. That link takes you straight to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) where you can see live updates.
I haven't received a tracking email
- Order placed in the last 24 hours? Your tracking email arrives once we hand the package to the carrier (usually 1 to 2 business days after you order).
- Order placed more than 2 business days ago? Check your spam/junk folder and search for "AfterSlim" or "shipping."
- Still nothing? Email us at support@afterslim.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
The tracking link hasn't updated
Carriers sometimes scan a package then take 24 to 48 hours to update tracking. If your package hasn't moved in more than 3 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
The package shows delivered but I didn't get it
- Check with neighbors and around the property (porch, garage, behind plants)
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan as "delivered" a day early
- Contact us at support@afterslim.com if it still hasn't shown up. We'll send a replacement.
