How you can get in touch

For order, subscription, or product questions, opening a ticket from your account is the fastest path. If you're not signed in yet, email us directly and we'll get back to you within one business day.

  • Open a ticket from your account. It routes directly to our support team with your order history attached, so you don't need to copy and paste order numbers. If you don't have an account yet, email support@afterslim.com.
  • Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET. We do not staff support on weekends or US federal holidays. Tickets sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.
  • First reply within one business day on average, often faster. Complex cases (lost packages, allergy concerns, subscription disputes) may need an extra back-and-forth.
  • Not yet. Right now everything goes through email or your account ticket dashboard so we can keep a clean record of every conversation. Phone support is on the roadmap as we scale.
  • From the Open a Ticket button above, or any "My Account" link in the navigation. If you ordered as a guest, use the email you placed the order with to claim the account.

Your subscription

Managing your AfterSlim subscription

Skip a shipment, change frequency, or cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees and no hold periods.

  • When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, we ship a fresh bottle on the schedule you picked (every 30 days by default). You save 17% on every order and we email you 3 days before each charge so you can skip, pause, or cancel.
  • From your account dashboard, click Subscriptions and hit Skip Next on the bottle you want to pause. The next charge is delayed by one cycle and resumes automatically.
  • Account dashboard, Subscriptions, Cancel. No fees, no hold periods. Cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours before the next billing date to skip that shipment.
  • Yes. You can switch between every 30, 45, or 60 days from your account. The new schedule takes effect at the next charge.
  • On the day your next bottle ships. We send a reminder email 3 days before so there are no surprises. If your card declines, we'll try again for 7 days and notify you.
  • Account dashboard, Payment Methods. Stripe is our processor, so updating a card is encrypted end-to-end.

What's in the capsule and where it comes from

Every batch is third-party tested for potency, heavy metals, and microbial safety. Reports ship with every order.

  • Manufactured in the USA at an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. The strains and prebiotics are sourced from established suppliers we've vetted on potency, identity, and contamination controls.
  • Three probiotic strains (Akkermansia muciniphila, Clostridium butyricum, Bifidobacterium infantis) paired with two prebiotic fibers that feed them (chicory root inulin and resistant starch). Full label is on the bottle.
  • Every batch goes through an independent ISO 17025-accredited lab for strain identity, CFU potency, heavy metals, and microbial safety. Reports ship with every order and are available on request.
  • Yes to both. Vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, non-GMO. No fillers, no synthetic sweeteners, no stimulants.
  • Refrigerate for optimal quality. The capsules survive room-temperature shipping and stomach acid, so they arrive intact. After opening, store in the refrigerator to preserve potency. If refrigeration isn't available, keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Using it day-to-day on a GLP-1

One capsule a day. The right time is the one you'll actually remember.

  • Yes. AfterSlim works locally in the gut and doesn't interact with the GLP-1 pathway, so it won't interfere with how the medication suppresses appetite or affects blood sugar. Check with your prescriber if you have a specific health condition.
  • After a meal is recommended by the manufacturer. It doesn't matter which meal, just be consistent. Take with a full glass of water and maintain regular water intake throughout the day.
  • Just take it the next day at your usual time. Don't double up. The benefits come from steady daily intake over weeks, not single doses.
  • Most people feel a difference in digestive comfort within 1 to 2 weeks. The deeper microbiome benefits settle in by 60 to 90 days of consistent daily use.
