Shipping Policy
Where we ship
The continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not currently ship outside the US, but we're working on it. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping opens.
Order processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM ET ship the same day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days). Free on orders of 2 or more bottles. $4.99 for single-bottle orders.
- Expedited (2 business days). $9.99, available at checkout.
Delivery estimates count from the day your order leaves our warehouse, not the day you placed it.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking from your account.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship on the same schedule you chose at signup (every 30 days by default). You'll get an email 3 days before each charge so you can skip, pause, or cancel from your account.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking says delivered but you don't see the package, please:
- Check with your neighbors and around the property
- Wait 24 hours (USPS sometimes pre-scans before the package actually arrives)
- Email us at support@afterslim.com with your order number
If it doesn't show up after that, we'll send a replacement at no charge.
For visibly damaged packages, take a photo and email us within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong address
We can't change a shipping address after the package is in transit. If you spot an address mistake, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order so we can update it before it ships.
