  • On the day your next bottle ships. We send a reminder 3 days before so there are no surprises. If your card declines, we try again for 7 days and notify you by email.
  • Account dashboard, Payment Methods or Addresses. Stripe is our payment processor, so updates are encrypted end-to-end. Address changes take effect at the next shipment.
  • Every order earns 5% of its product subtotal back as store credit, applied automatically to your next purchase. Subscription orders earn it on every shipment.
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM ET ship the same day. Standard shipping in the US takes 3 to 5 business days. Expedited (2-day) is available at checkout.
  • Yes. Free standard shipping on orders of 2 or more bottles within the US. Single-bottle orders ship for a flat $4.99.
  • Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping opens.
  • You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also visit Track your order to look it up by order number and email.
  • Check with neighbors and around your property first. Carriers sometimes pre-scan a package as delivered up to 24 hours early. If it still doesn't show after that, email support@afterslim.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement.
  • Within the first hour after placing an order, yes. Once the package is handed to the carrier we can't redirect it. Contact support@afterslim.com fast if you spotted a typo.
  • 90-day money-back guarantee. If AfterSlim doesn't work for you for any reason, email support@afterslim.com within 90 days of your delivery date for a full refund on the product. Even empty bottles count.
  • Email support@afterslim.com with your order number and the reason (optional but helpful). We reply within 1 business day with next steps. For most refunds you don't need to ship anything back.
  • Refunds post to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we approve the request. Banks sometimes take an extra day or two to display the credit.
  • Email support@afterslim.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
  • Original shipping fees are not refunded. Only the product cost. If you got free shipping (2+ bottle orders), this doesn't affect you.
  • These are two separate actions. Cancel your subscription from your account to stop future charges. Refunds are for orders you've already received and are unhappy with. You can do both.
