Welcome to afterslim.com. AfterSlim is a brand of VQ Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the Site or purchasing AfterSlim products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid US shipping address. We currently ship within the United States only.
Products and pricing
We make our best effort to display product information, prices, and availability accurately. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Sale prices end when the sale ends and we don't honor expired offers retroactively.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel your order after charging you, we refund you in full.
Subscriptions
When you choose "Subscribe & Save," you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout (typically every 30 days). You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@afterslim.com. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to apply to that shipment.
If your card is declined, we'll try again over the next 7 days and notify you by email. After that, the subscription pauses.
Shipping and risk of loss
Title to your order passes to you when we hand it to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping info you provided. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Health and supplement disclaimer
AfterSlim is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the FDA and AfterSlim is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. AfterSlim is not a GLP-1 agonist and does not affect blood sugar through that pathway.
Always check with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, take prescription medication (including GLP-1 medications), or have a medical condition.
Account responsibilities
If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Notify us at support@afterslim.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to:
- Break the law
- Try to access systems or accounts that aren't yours
- Scrape, copy, or resell our content
- Submit reviews you were paid (by anyone other than us, in cash or product) to write, or that misrepresent your experience
- Harass our staff or other customers
Intellectual property
The Site, AfterSlim branding, and all content (text, images, design) are ours or used with permission. You can browse and quote short excerpts for personal use. Anything beyond that needs written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AfterSlim's total liability to you for any claim related to the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and AfterSlim consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
